Free Delivery
On ALL orders of our gift boxes, you will receive FREE 1st Class Royal Mail delivery.
On all orders over £50, you will receive FREE DPD/UPS delivery.

Royal Mail
All orders weighing between 0 - 2kg, and under £50, will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, which although does not provide full tracking, does provide a proof of delivery.
Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st Class Parcels within 1-2 working days, however they can sometimes take longer, especially during these challenging times. Please allow up to 5 working days from the day your order was dispatched before contacting us if your order has still not arrived.

DPD/UPS
For any orders above £50 and/or weighing over 2kg, your order will be sent via DPD or UPS on a 1-2 working day service. These deliveries will have full tracking information.

Please note that due to Brexit, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Dispatch & Cut-Off Times
All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day*. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, over the weekend and before 1pm on Monday will be dispatched on Monday.
Please note that in the case of bank holidays, orders will be sent on the next working day.
*Working days are Monday to Friday.
